Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Industries FVD600 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-flyte products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Elpas product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-flyte such as the 12M040002502 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4847B1019685nr manufactured by Elma and we are pleased to be able to service most Elma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5RDT000011REVG by Manufacturer Elpas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Electro-flyte Brand 12M020001701 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elinco such as ASCE206 equipment made by Elinco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elinco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elinco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HARA12 made by Elmo as well as the popular EWZN247 original spares produced by Eliwell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AG919130774N by Elfab and ASCE206 spares by Elinco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 242100304 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eltek.
